Privacy

The assessment runs in your browser. Your answers are not sent anywhere while you take it, and your on-screen score costs nothing and requires no email address.

If you ask us to email you the full report, we receive your email address together with the answers and profile you entered, because the report is generated from them. We use that to produce and send the report, and to contact you about related work. We do not sell it.

We receive the name, email address and details you submit, and use them only to respond to your enquiry.

We use privacy-preserving, cookieless analytics that do not track you across sites and do not build a profile of you.

AIRIZ uses YouTube API Services, through an internal tool called AIRIZ Channel Manager, to run the YouTube channels of our own portals, such as CalcBritain. Only AIRIZ uses it, and only on channels we own.

With the channel owner's permission it reads channel and video details and channel analytics (such as views, watch time and subscribers gained), and it uploads our videos and updates their titles, descriptions, tags, privacy and AI-content settings. It does not collect personal information about people who watch or comment on our videos, and we do not sell or share YouTube data with anyone.

Access credentials are stored securely on our own systems. We keep summary performance figures for our own videos to learn what works, and we delete YouTube API data on request or within 30 days of access being revoked. Access can be revoked at any time from Google's third-party access settings.

By using YouTube you are bound by the YouTube Terms of Service, and Google's handling of data is covered by the Google Privacy Policy.

AIRIZ Channel Manager also uses TikTok for Developers (Login Kit and the Content Posting API) to publish videos to the TikTok accounts of our own portals, such as CalcBritain. Only AIRIZ uses it, and only on accounts we own.

With the account owner's permission it reads the account's basic profile (open ID and display name) and statistics (followers, likes and video counts), lists our own videos with their view counts, and uploads and posts our videos with their captions and TikTok's AI-generated content label. It does not collect personal information about people who watch or comment on our videos, and we do not sell or share TikTok data with anyone.

Access credentials are stored securely on our own systems. We delete TikTok data on request or within 30 days of access being revoked. Access can be revoked at any time in the TikTok app, under Settings and privacy, Security, Manage app permissions. TikTok's own handling of data is covered by the TikTok Privacy Policy.

You can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email [email protected] and we will action it. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.

Assessment submissions and enquiries are kept for as long as they are useful to the conversation they started, and deleted on request.
