Build practice

Production systems, handed over

Web and mobile applications built end to end and deployed to infrastructure you control. Fixed scope, finished product, full source handover, no per-seat metering, no token meter, and no platform you cannot walk away from.

What you get

Finished, not nearly finished

The gap between a working demo and a system a business can actually run is where most AI-assisted projects die. That gap is testing, monitoring, access control, error handling, documentation and a deploy you can repeat.

Owned outright

Full source handover and deployment to your own infrastructure. No lock-in to us or to a platform.

Tested

Unit and end-to-end tests, with the engine-level logic covered by tests that fail when the numbers move.

Observable

Error monitoring and analytics from the first deploy, so a failure is something you see rather than something a customer reports.

Documented

A deploy record that lists every deployable item, its prerequisites and the order, including what breaks if you get the order wrong.

Accessible

WCAG 2.2 AA as a build standard, verified against the rendered page rather than asserted in a checklist.

Accountable

If it touches personal data or an automated decision, it gets the assurance treatment from our other practice.

How it runs

Four stages

01

Brief

You describe the outcome. We come back with scope, architecture and the cost of running it, before anything is built.

02

Design

Stack selected against the requirement rather than fashion, data model agreed, and the interface designed before code.

03

Build

Delivered in independently deployable stages, each demonstrable. Tests, monitoring and documentation are part of the stage, not a phase afterwards.

04

Handover

Deployed to your infrastructure with the source, the runbook and the deploy record. You can take it elsewhere on day one.

Built on this model

4 platforms live in production, all of them ours, all of them built and run the way we would build yours.
