A high score is not a defence and confers no status. The NIST AI Risk Management Framework is voluntary and non-certifiable by design, and scoring well against our questions does not demonstrate compliance with any law or regulator's expectations.

We reference the NIST AI Risk Management Framework and UK government publications on AI assurance and regulation. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of NIST, DSIT or any UK regulator. Where we quote those documents we attribute them; where a regulator is named, read their guidance rather than our summary of it.
